A man has been charged with regularly hitching rides on the back of trains to avoid paying for a ticket.
On Monday, Joseph Michael Burke, from Brisbane, faced court over three counts of riding on the outside of rolling stock and evading fares.
The Brisbane Magistrates Court saw CCTV images of the 24-year-old sipping coffee while allegedly 'surfing' trains between February and April last year, according to The Courier Mail.
In another shot, he can allegedly be seen positioned on the back of a train with his legs dangling just centimeters from the tracks.

The 24-year-old initially denied being the person captured in the images.
But moments later, Burke told reporters outside of court: 'Actually, you know what, I'm going to plead guilty.'
'It's a minor charge, I'm not really gonna get in any trouble for it,' he said.
'... so I figure if I just plead guilty, you guys will probably… maybe leave me alone.'

Burke arrived late to his court hearing, which he blamed on the trains' running behind schedule.
The 24-year-old is also facing one count of stealing for allegedly nipping a pepperoni pizza.
His case was adjourned until May 2.
