Malaysia has dropped murder charges against Doan Thi Huong, the last suspect in the killing of Kim Jong Nam.
Instead, she's pled guilty to a lesser charge of causing harm by a dangerous weapon.
And on Monday (April 1), she was sentenced to more than 3 years in prison.
Vietnamese Huang was accused of poisoning Kim Jong Un's half brother in 2017 and was charged together with Indonesian Siti Aisyah.
If she had been found guilty of murder she would have faced a mandatory death penalty.
Prosecutors told the court they made the offer of a reduced charge after talks with the Vietnamese embassy.
They dropped the murder charge against Siti Aisyah already last month but had refused to do the same for Doan, without giving a reason why.
The two women allegedly smeared Kim Jong Nam's face with VX poison, a lethal chemical weapon, at a Kuala Lumpur airport two years ago.
The women's lawyers say they were tricked by North Korean agents as part of an assassination plot against Kim.
They've both claimed that they thought it was part of a reality prank show and that they didn't know they were poisoning him.
Interpol had issued a red notice for four North Koreans, identified as suspects by Malaysian police, who had left the country hours after the murder.
They're still at large.
