Russian minister to discuss ways to boost Venezuela's oil exports KRASNOYARSK, Russia: Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Friday he planned to discuss with his Venezuelan counterpart ways to increase oil exports from Venezuela.

He did not give any further details.
