Should You Wear a Bra to Bed? Here Is the Answer

Going to bed: should you wear or a bra not… Ha!

That is the question!????The polarizing debate about wearing bras to bed has been filled with myths.

Some women look forward to removing a constricting bra at the end of the day, while others choose to stay supported throughout the night.????So is it bad to sleep with a bra?????According to Thirdlove.com the answer is usually no BUT it could be.????They explain that even though gravity can lead to saggy boobs as the connective tissue loosens over time, bedtime is a different story.????When we lay down, that tissue doesn’t have the gravitational pull we experience when standing up, therefore a bra at night is not necessary.????The Daily Mail on the other hand spoke to a plastic surgeon who believes sleeping in bras could help prevent droopiness, though he admitted that was based on logic, not evidence.????But some women wear them for other reasons, for example it's a way for them to feel safe, bras don’t oppress them like many may think, they are their quote “salvation” and “liberation”.????Now if you are going to wear one better, designer Jenna Barnes pointed out that companies make night bras, which are usually non-wired and made with soft breathable fabric.????A tight bra can cause skin irritation, restricted breathing and blood flow, and make acid reflux symptoms worse, per Thirdlove.????If I tell you Cosmopolitan says Marilyn Monroe apparently used to sleep with a bra on every night in order to prevent them from sagging, would you try it too or are you more of a Rachel?????“Friends”/Bright/Kauffman/Crane Productions??(Video of Rachel taking bra off through shirt)????
