For the first time in Andhra Pradesh, Electronically Transmitted Postal Ballots System (ETPBS) will be implemented with 2,615 Service Voters being eligible for this form of voting in Anantapur district. District Election Officer G. Veerapandian (in pic) said the e-Mail -based voting system was readied by 3 p.m. on Friday, and the links sent to the eligible voters on their registered e-mail IDs and they can vote for the candidate they desire. With the names and symbols of candidates in all 14 Assembly Constituencies and two Parliamentary constituencies finalised, this process was also completed.
