A conditional release order is 'a warning and provides the option to divert less serious offenders out of the criminal justice system,' according to the NSW Correctional Services website.

Ms Croxon had 13 MDMA capsules hidden inside a box of condoms at FOMO music festival at Parramatta Park on January 12.

Police saw Ms Croxon hand an object to another female who swallowed the object near toilets at 2pm.

Plain-clothed police were patrolling the front entrance of FOMO festival, which attracted 15,000 revellers.

She died in hospital later that evening.

Daily Mail Australia does not suggest that Ms Croxon supplied drugs to Ms Ross-King.

Ms Ross-King's death was the fifth drug overdose death in four months over the summer from 2018 to 2019.
