tnn | Mar 28, 2019, 07:21 ISTNagpur: Students of CBSE STD XII who took the Economics exam on Wednesday, recently divulged the details regarding the difficulty level of the questions. Most of the students found the paper to be moderately difficult to attempt while a few of them found the paper exceedingly difficult.
Rishika Multani of Bhavans Vidya Mandir (BVM Srikrishna nagar) said, “I thought the paper was moderately difficult. Nothing was explicitly easy as such in the paper. The toughest part was a question that wasn’t in the text book, it was a general question and required for us to think out of the box.”
Her classmate, Sanya Juneja also agreed. “The paper wasn’t exactly tough or easy. The numericals were quite time consuming, but the paper overall wasn't lengthy. It didn't have any errors." Another student from BVM, Vishi Modi said, “ The questions were evenly distributed through out the paper, it covered most of the topics.”
Sanskriti Dabde of BVM also found the paper moderately difficult. “The questions were quite tricky and confusing. Macroeconomics questions were the easiest while the microeconomics questions were tough and I needed a lot of time to figure them out.”
Deepak Motwani of Lalita Public School expressed his anguish regarding the exam as he said, “I thought that paper was exceedingly difficult and I didn't have time to solve a lot of the numericals. I hadn't expected this level of difficulty.”
Abbas Kothawala, a student from BVM also found the paper very difficult. “Both Macro and Microeconomics sections were difficult and time consuming. But I did find the graphs and the multiple choice questions easy”. All the students said that the paper did not have any errors or faulty questions.
