NEW YORK, March 28, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- CultureIQ, the leading global culture management company, is proud to announce that it was recognized as a winner of a Comparably Award for Best Company Outlook for 2019. This award follows the merger between CultureIQ and CEB's Workforce Surveys & Analytics division, which has been acquired from Gartner with the financial support of the private equity firm ParkerGale Capital, setting the company up for success heading into the new year.

"CultureIQ has gone through a tremendous amount of growth in the past year, and we're constantly looking at ways to expand and capitalize on that growth," said Greg Besner, Founder and CEO of CultureIQ. "This award speaks to our employees' belief in our ability to fulfill our company's mission of helping organizations worldwide turn their culture into an asset. It's very appropriate that our business, which helps organizations improve outlook by changing culture, is favorably positioned for the future."

Comparably Awards are derived from sentiment ratings provided by employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com between March 8, 2018 and March 8, 2019. There were no fees or costs associated with participating, nor was nomination required. To qualify, Large companies (more than 500 employees) must have a minimum of 50 employee participants and Small/Mid-Size companies (fewer than 500 employees) must have a minimum of 15 employee participants. The final data set was compiled from nearly 10 million ratings across 50,000 U.S. companies on Comparably.com.

"Comparably's Best Outlook Award is a measure of how confident employees are about the future success of their company," said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. "Culture and innovation is always top of mind at CultureIQ, so it is no surprise to see this outstanding organization among other stellar names on the list. Employees are engaged in the strategic vision, cutting-edge technology, and collaborative environment they have to help their clients."

Winners of Best Outlook were determined based on a combination of two scores: 1) Outlook, which measures responses to questions such as, "How confident are you about the future success of your company?" and "Are you typically excited about going to work each day?" and 2) eNPS score (employee Net Promoter Score), which measures responses to the question, "How likely are you to recommend working at your company to a friend?" Outlook is rated on a 1-100 basis. eNPS is rated on a -100 to 100 basis, where -100 to -10 is a poor score, -10 to 20 is good/average, and anything above 20 is excellent.

Following the merger with CEB, CultureIQ has seen its workforce size greatly increase. The additional resources and research accompanying this merger has placed the culture management firm in a great position to continue to expand and help other companies nationwide.
