The Election Commission of India (ECI) has transferred three IPS officers in Andhra Pradesh on Tuesday. The orders will come into effect immediately.

Director-General (Intelligence) A.B. Venkateswara Rao, Kadapa Superintendent of Police (SP) Rahul Dev Sharma and Srikakulam SP Venkata Ratnam were the transferred officials.

The officers were asked to report in the Andhra Pradesh Police Headquarters at Mangalagiri.
