'From the outside looking in it's impossible to see what other people are thinking and feeling,' Kayla said.
'I wanted to touch on this topic and talk about something that I am currently going through.
'How many of you actually like/liked being pregnant during all stages of pregnancy?'.
The 27-year-old went on to stress that while she does feel incredibly lucky to have this opportunity to bring new life into the world and has watched on in amazement as her body has changed, there have also been difficulties.

Kayla shared some of the key questions she has been asking herself about the remaining pregnancy process, pictured here before she got pregnant
'I am so excited to finally be meeting her soon... but have I enjoyed being pregnant?' she asked.
'As a trainer and someone who enjoys being very active, initially I struggled with the concept of not training and doing the things I'm used to.
'I also had so many different internal conversations that relate to this journey that I am sure the Bikini Body Guide members out there can relate to.
'There is so much uncertainty with pregnancy, especially if it's your first time and for me this is.'

Kayla shared some of the key questions she has been asking herself about the remaining pregnancy process, including answering how her body will feel about giving birth and will she be able to train and 'feel comfortable again'.
'Thinking "Will everything be ok?" I love my baby body and am so grateful to have had such a life changing experience,' she said.
'Am I excited to get back to training the way I love? As soon as I have clearance from my doctor, yes absolutely.
'Not only for my sake but to give my baby girl a STRONG, FIT and HEALTHY role model from day one.'

'I am so grateful for this journey and look forward to all stages of it but the important message I'm trying to send here is that everyone goes through these emotions regardless of whether they relate to pregnancy or not,' she said at the time.
'The feeling of uncertainty or insecurity or even a little fear. The most important thing to remember here is it's not just about the hard times and hard conversations you have internally, but it's how you deal with it.'

'I definitely didn't love being pregnant. Both times I couldn't wait for it to be over and to just hold my babies,' one woman wrote.
Another said: 'I loved being pregnant but I suddenly panicked in the third trimester about whether I was ready. It was kind of hilarious because I always wanted a kid and then suddenly in the third trimester at age 36 I wasn't ready.'
