ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) U.S. Education Secretary Betsy DeVos was grilled by House members on Tueday over proposed cuts to the Special Olympics.

DeVos defended the deep cuts saying she had to "make some difficult decisions with this budget."
