Rahul Gandhi to join Parivartan Yatra in Haryana on Friday

CHANDIGARH: In a bid to give further boost to the ongoing Parivartan Yatra , the AICC president Rahul Gandhi will board the bus on Friday from Naraingarh.
Besides boarding the bus, Rahul will also address three public meetings scheduled to be held at Jagadhari, Radaur and Karnal, official information said on Wednesday.
Jagadhari happens to be a part of Ambala parliamentary constituency which has nine assembly segments. Similarly, Radaur is part of Kurukshetra and Karbala itself is a Lok Sabha constituency.
Former Union minister Selja is likely to be fielded from here. She has represented this constituency in 2004 and 2009 elections. The Congress is yet to finalize the candidates for Kurukshetra and Karnal.
Officials informed that AICC chief will lead the roadshow between Naraingarh to Karnal via Ambala and Ladwa.
Headed by AICC general secretary Gulam Nabi Azad and all leaders onboard, Haryana Congress leaders had taken out a bus yatra on Tuesday. The yatra will culminate on Saturday after covering over 1300 kilometers in five days.
The bus yatra has been organized to bring all the warring leaders together and to send the message of unity among party leaders in Haryana.
