Goa CM invites scribes to write their Parrikar memories

Newly appointed on Monday invited journalists as well as party workers to write essays about their memories of the late Manohar Parrikar, which would be published by the in the form of a book dedicated to the former

"We are publishing a book which will be a collection of Parrikar's thoughts. We will be sourcing his old pictures and articles for this too. Write down your memories about him. I am also urging my friends to write and submit it to the Information (and Publicity) department," Sawant said, while addressing a party function in Panaji.

The also said that Parrikar should not just be known as a person who was responsible for creating a lot of infrastructure but also as a man with a vision and ideas.

"His ideas should reach to every school. He should not just be remembered for the infrastructure he created," Sawant said.
