Plan to Empower, a Delhi based Non-Profit Organization is willingly active to make the change. The Organization has been working actively since last 3 years and is aggressively focusing on Girl Child Education and Women Empowerment.

The Organization has spread its footprint in all across India and has focused on every regional cities of India where Girl Child Education is still a taboo.

Talking to Mr. Asad Kaifi; Co-Founder of Plan to Empower, said, “We are targeting small cities one by one as we have limited resource and manpower. Our prior focus is Education as we believe Education to all can change the face of our country. We are living in a country where we believe Future is Women but still 60% of women are far from Education. Thus our focus is to provide free Education to all who has potential to succeed.”  

The organization seeks to collect desirable Fund from various sources to achieve their vision and is actively participating in Crowdfunding.

The organization plans various activities to motivate the young minds and help them to develop their thinking ability. 

“We have added 500 girls with Plan to Empower who struggled with their life and their family too. There are small girls who wants to be Educated, there are people who likes to draw, few are active in dancing and some are even good in sports. We believe a Good Mentor and Right Guidance can help these small children accomplish their dream.” Said Ms Akanksha Aditi who is a Coordinator at Plan to Empower.

With a thrill to grow and achieve, the organization has been enrolled in several extracurricular activities like Learning session, drawing competition, dancing and has recently organized Humayun Tomb visit for their Okhla Leaning Center Children and left no stone unturned to make the day memorable for the kids by giving them not only a learning experience, but also an exciting adventure. 

There were 180 participants who were from slum and underprivileged community of Okhla, Delhi area. This was a joint initiative taken by Plan to Empower and Agha Khan Foundation. The children were taken in a bus to the Humayun Tomb accompanied by the NGO members; where they enjoyed being a part of this interactive outing by kite making and other competitive and learning discussions, exchange of thoughts and smiles. The kids appeared visibly relaxed and extremely happy. Most of them had visited such place for the first time.
