Rahul Gandhi's minimum income guarantee scheme is a bluff announcement: Arun Jaitley

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, today termed Rahul Gandhi's promise of minimum income of 72,000 annually to 20 per cent families in poorest of the poor category as the biggest bluff. No political party has betrayed India for more than seven decades other than the Congress Party. It gave people of India slogans & very little resources to implement them, reiterated Jaitley. Highlighting, BJP-led NDA govts achievements, Jaitley said "n the last 5 years, the govt. headed by PM Modi introduced DBT through banks. Besides subsidies for food, fertilizer, kerosene, 55 Ministries handed over subsidies to the poor through the DBT which was enabled by AADHAAR."
