Antetokounmpo turns it on as Bucks hammer Cavaliers
Milwaukee: NBA superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo has collected 26 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists – as well as nine dunks – as the Milwaukee Bucks cruised to a 127-105 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.
George Hill and Khris Middleton each had 17 points as the Bucks avenged a 107-102 setback to the Cavaliers last week.
Antetokounmpo sat out that contest with an ankle injury but made his presence felt at home on Sunday by shooting 11-for-16 from the floor.
Hill scored Milwaukee's last five points of the third quarter and added a jumper as part of a 7-2 run to begin the fourth as the Bucks claimed a 97-79 lead. Eric Bledsoe then sandwiched a pair of three-pointers around an Antetokounmpo dunk to put the contest out of reach.
The LA Clippers also defeated the hapless New York Knicks 124-113, while Indiana crushed the Western Conference-leading Denver Nuggets 124-88, with Pacer Bojan Bogdanovic scoring 35 points.
