Indore: A man, who was on the run for a year in connection with transporting bullock and calf in a container truck, was arrested by police on Sunday. A reward of Rs 3000 was announced on his arrest by senior police officials. Tejaji Nagar police station incharge Neeraj Kumar Medha said three persons were arrested while transporting bullocks and calf illegally in the last week of December 2017. The accused were booked by police.
Since then, their accomplice Bablu alias Babliya was on the run. The police had searched him at many places but he could not be arrested after which police announced a cash reward on his arrest. Acting on a tip-off, police arrested accused from his residence in Pipliyamandi area in Mandsaur district.
