Security was enhanced at the Annexe Building of the city civil court complex on the High Court campus after a man stabbed his estranged wife in front of a judge on Tuesday.
A circular issued by the Principal Judge of the Family Court, A.K.A. Rahamaan, said only litigants who hold pass would be permitted through the main entrance of the additional buildings. Advocates, court staff and counsellors could enter using ID cards.
