The incident happened some 8 km from Nagda Junction between Nagda and Chhomahala railway station. DRM RN Sunkar said after crossing Nagda railway, the staff noticed a wheel of D-3 coach was not spinning. The staff informed the next position colleagues and also kept the loco pilot in the loop.
