Mohammad Rafiq, who underwent surgery for kidney ailment was left in critical condition after his stitches came off at Shere-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura, Srinagar. Family alleged that despite his wounds were not healed he was discharged by the doctor who operated upon. Shockingly his organs were visible after the cut incision wide open. A video of doctor unmoved even after seeing Mohammad Rafiq condition is doing rounds on social media. An enquiry into the matter has been ordered Shere-I-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura against the alleged negligence by the doctor while stitching the patient wounds improperly and making a video.
