NTPC Ltd has added 15.37% over last one month compared to 12.33% gain in S&P BSE Power index and 7.68% rise in the SENSEX

NTPC Ltd rose 2.01% today to trade at Rs 131.9. The S&P BSE Power index is up 1.18% to quote at 2007.32. The index is up 12.33 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd increased 1.6% and GMR Infrastructure Ltd added 1.47% on the day. The S&P BSE Power index went down 5.82 % over last one year compared to the 16.65% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
