R. Kelly wants to tour in Dubai\, asks judge

Kelly was back in a Chicago court on Friday where his lawyer is requesting that Kelly be allowed to travel to Dubai next month for scheduled concerts.

Kelly's publicist Darrell Johnson said Kelly will be touring in the U.S. Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 10 counts of criminal sexual abuse against four young women, three of whom were underage at the time.

Kelly cannot legally leave the country after a judge ordered Kelly to surrender his passport due to the charges.
