Why Not Add An Italdesign ZeroUno To Your Awesome Car Collection?

If you have a thing for coachbuilt supercars and a bank account with many, many digits, then you might want to take a short break and check out this Italdesign ZeroUno.

Created by Italdesign’s Automobili Speciali division, it was unveiled two years ago, and only five units were ever produced. This is the fifth and final example, and it comes from a wealthy car collector, known as @mwvmnw on social media.

RMSothebys, which is charged with finding it a new home at the auction that takes place on April 11-12 in Essen, Germany, says that it only has delivery and testing mileage and hasn’t been registered. This makes it virtually new, and “an exciting addition to any collection of modern supercars, as it is a unique blend of distinctive styling and engineering thanks to decades of Turinese automotive knowledge”.

The ZeroUno is estimated to sell for €950,000-€1,500,000 ($1,075,680-$1,698,440) and comes with a matte black finish over a black interior and Italian flag appliques. It has digital gauges, Alcantara and carbon fiber trim and automatic climate control.

Power comes from the 5.2-liter naturally aspirated V10 used by the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan. In the Italdesign’s coachbuilt supercar it’s good for 610 PS (601 hp / 449 kW) and 560 Nm (339 lb-ft) of torque, and can propel the ZeroUno from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and up to a 325 km/h (201 mph) top speed.
