Pence tells flood victims \'We\'re with you\'

ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) Vice President Mike Pence on Tuesday toured the damage in hard-hit Nebraska after widespread flooding in the Midwest left at least four people dead.

Iowa, Wisconsin and Nebraska have declared states of emergency since last week's 'bomb cyclone' brought extreme winds and heavy rain… and caused existing snow to rapidly melt.

Thousands of residents were forced to flee, as floods overtook homes, farms and roads.
