Actor Sidharth Malhotra, who was last seen in Aiyaary a year ago, has several interesting projects lined up for release this year. He has now wrapped the shooting of his film Marjaavaan, and celebrated the occasion with a party.

The film also stars Riteish Deshmukh, Rakul Preet Singh and Tara Sutaria, who will make her Bollywood debut with Student of the Year 2. While Riteish arrived at the party in a checkered shirt, the others were seen in black, as per the dress code of the evening.

Sidharth wore a graphic tee and trousers with a cap. Tara was in black co-ords, whereas Rakul kept it casual in torn jeans and halter top. Nora Fatehi of Dilbar fame also attended the party and wore an animal print dress with a thigh-high slit.

Sidharth had announced the completion of his schedule with a group picture from the sets of the film, posted on Instagram. He had captioned it, “Marjaavaan Done ! Finished all my scenes for the film, what an amazing experience with this fun warm team! Thanks to @milapzaveri. A big thank you to the entire crew for all their hard work! And a big hug n love to my co-stars, my partner in crime @riteishd, @tarasutaria__ @rakulpreet, @shaadrandhawa #nassar sir.”

The actor had earlier revealed his look from the film, before beginning the shoot. He had share a picture of himself, with the symbols of four major religions - Hinduism, Christianity, Sikhism and Islam - tattooed on his knuckles. He had captioned it, “Ishq aur inteqaam ka koi mazhab nahi, koi ek Rab nahi! ...#Marjaavaan Shoot begins today!.”

The film is directed by Milap Zaveri, who had written Sidharth and Riteish’s first film together, Ek Villain. It is scheduled to hit theatres on October 2 this year.
