‘CM ruling from farm house’

TS BJP leaders on Monday accused Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao of ‘throwing governance to the winds’ despite getting an overwhelming majority of seats in the Assembly elections by not having a full cabinet and encouraging defections from other parties bringing ‘shame’ to democracy.

Strongly condemning the tone, tenor and language used against its leaders specially Prime Minister Narendra Modi by Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao at a public meeting in Karimnagar, the party leaders including State president K. Laxman, women president A. Vijaya and others charged that it only reflected the ‘haughty’ attitude of both father and son (K. Taraka Rama Rao).

At a press conference on Monday, they wondered if the “revolutionary changes” in Telangana was about governing from farm house without going to the Secretariat, not meeting common people or give appointment to ministers and luring MLAs from the Opposition.

The BJP, is likely to release its list of candidates tomorrow. G. Kishan Reddy from Secunderabad, Dharmapuri Aravind from Nizamabad and B. Sanjay from Karimnagar are reported to have been chosen.
