Brendan Fevola has left fans scratching their heads with a new Instagram selfie which features him with a missing front tooth.
The former AFL star revealed in 2017 that he had lost his front tooth during a boozy nght in Bali.
However, the 38-year-old had it fixed at the dentist at the time, leaving fans wondering what had happened to his tooth since.

Brendan referenced his family as he captioned the toothy shot: 'When your daughter @lenifevola screenshots you on Facetime and your chin looks like the size of a small county. Oh and I’ve got no tooth!!'
The radio star shares daughters Lulu, 10, and Leni, six, and four-month-old Tobi with wife Alex and is stepfather to her daughter Mia, 18, from a previous relationship.
Brendan revealed in 2017 that he had lost his front tooth in Bali before quickly making his way back to Australia to get it fixed by a dentist.
It is unclear whether the missing tooth featured in his latest selfie is the same injury sustained in Bali or if it is a newly broken tooth.

At the time of the accident Brendan shared that the injury had occurred after a wild night out.
'Ok so we had a few froffies last night and I've woken up with out my tooth,' he explained alongside a photo of the injury.
'Yes big night in Bali with @alexfevolamakeup anyone no a good dentist here lol... need a new tooth ASAP #toothfairy.'
He captioned another image: 'Bali life.'
'I'm back, baby!' Later, Brendan returned to Australia and documented a dentist fixing his situation by inserting a replacement tooth
After travelling back to Australia, Brendan shared a video of himself lying on a chair while a dentist inserted a replacement tooth into his mouth.
'How's that feel?' the dentist asks.
Brendan responded by facing the camera and pointing his fingers in the air before exclaiming: 'I'm back, baby!'
