Ricky Ponting, of Capitals, on Tuesday made his priorities clear, stating that his "role with the Australian team does not start until the end of the IPL." "I am 100 per cent committed to being the best of Capitals," he said.

Former further said: "It is very minimal what I am doing around the Australian team. I am 100 per cent focused and committed to being the best of the Capitals."

Talking about Australia's squad he said that he would be surprised if Khawaja is not in the squad.
