This is the horrifying moment a motorcyclist was almost hit by a car driving into oncoming traffic.
Police say the driver of the rogue vehicle had stolen the car just moments earlier and was trying to evade authorities.
The driver, 17, was speeding down Main South Road, in Adelaide, when he nearly wiped out the motorbike rider.
Dash-cam footage obtained by 9News shows the motorcyclist merging on to the highway before narrowly missing the car by centimetres.
The motorcyclist escaped the new-miss collision with just a small scratch on their bike.
Police received reports of a suspected stolen car driving down the wrong side of the road just before 11am on Friday.
The teenager is alleged to have dumped the car in Oaklands Park shortly after the footage was recorded but he was caught hours later by police.
A police spokesperson said that the boy was charged with illegal use of a motor vehicle and hinder police.
The boy was bailed and will appear in the Christies Beach Youth Court on 11 April.
