One person was reportedly killed ands several people have been injured after a shooting incident inside a tram in the city of Utrecht in the Netherlands. A square near a tram station in the west of the city has been cordoned off by authorities.

Emergency services, including police and medical helicopters, were at the scene of the shooting. Police have asked people to keep roads clear for emergency workers to get through. Three helicopters have been dispatched.
