NEW DELHI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducted the CBSE Board Class 12 Mathematics examination today (Monday, March 18, 2019). The examination was conducted from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The students of both Class 12 Science and Class 12 Commerce streams appeared for the examination today at various exam centres across India and abroad. The regular students appeared for exam in their school uniform as directed by the Board.

The Maths paper of today mark the end of 2019 board examination for most of the Science stream students. The review of the Class 12 Maths Paper 2019 and feedback of the students who appeared for the examination would be updated here.


Last year, the Class 12 Maths exam level was tough. Questions of worth 16 marks was tough which left students confused.

CBSE Maths Paper 2019 Difficulty Level: Very Easy

This year, the paper was very easy. Most of the questions were directly from the NCERT textbook which made paper relatively easy.

If we analyse the paper pattern, though the paper level are set easy, there are a few questions that require high level of thinking skill.

CBSE's decision to introduce more internal choices in questions also helped students.

The reaction of the students who appeared for the CBSE Board Class 12 Mathematics paper on March 18, 2019, will be updated here:

* Paper was very easy and all the questions were from NCERT only, said Amanjeet Sing, student of Joseph and Mary School, Delhi. "Only one question was a bit tricky, rest was fine," he added.


* "Full paper was easy. I was expecting 3D question would be difficult but the was also very easy and straight form the NCERT," said Akhilesh Singh Khatri.


* "Six marks questions of section D were very easy. I was expecting them to be difficult, I hope to get good marks," said Aakash Lakhia.


* "I was not able to finish the paper on time. Not because it was though. I found it bit lengthy. I concentrated more on section C & D, which consumed my most of the time. So I couldn't attempt some section B questions," said Yash Dedha.


* "Paper was moderately easy. Previous years questions were also there. It was not at all lengthy," said Vidhi.
