Karnataka Bank on Saturday entered into an agreement with M/s Karvy DigiKonnect Ltd. for total management of Contact Centre operations.
A memorandum of understanding was exchanged between Bank Managing Director and CEO M.S. Mahabaleshwara and Karvy’s CEO Makesh Sankaran at Bank’s headquarters here, said a release.
Mr. Mahabaleshwara was quoted as saying, “As a part of transformation journey, the bank has engaged the services of Karvy DigiKonnect Ltd for managing its Contact Centre operations, which will be an effective interface between the bank and millions of its customers.”
