Kartik Aaryan opens up on his viral kiss video with Sara Ali Khan
Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan are one of the most-awaited jodis whom audience cannot wait to see on silver screen. Sara's fondness for Kartik has been known since Koffee With Karan 6 episode went on air. Since then a lot has been written and said about the duo. Sara and Kartik have talked about each other in several interviews before they started filming with each other. Sara and Kartik are currently in Delhi shooting for Love Aaj Kal 2, directed by Imtiaz Ali. A photo and video from the sets have already gone viral on the internet.
In the picture, Sara and Kartik look lost in thoughts while in the video, the couple is sharing a passionate kiss. The video went viral on the internet in no time, however, there was no confirmation about the authenticity of the clip. Now the Luka Chuppi actor has cleared the air about the sensational video. When asked about it, Kartik told BollywoodLife, ''Was that really Sara and me?”.

For uninitiated, Sara expressed to date Kartik on Karan Johar's chat show. When Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor was asked about it, he said that he would ask her out on a date as soon as he earns enough money. Well, that was a condition put forward by Sara's father Saif Ali Khan on the show. Later, Ranveer Singh played cupid and introduced them to each other at an event.

Sara and Kartik are currently basking in the success of their last releases. Sara, who made debut with Kedarnath went on to do Simmba, directed by Rohit Shetty. The movie earned over Rs 250 crores at the box office. Even Kedarnath did well as far as its budget was concerned. On the other hand, Kartik, who shot to overnight stardom with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety is riding high on the success of Luka Chuppi. The Laxman Utekar directorial has crossed Rs 75 crores at the domestic office.

Recently, when Kartik was asked about the secret behind his huge fan following among girls, the actor said that his fans are actually in love with the characters he has played. ''It's always about the whole personality. Also with regards to my fans I think they fell in love with my character and that's the reason this is happening. That's what I feel. I don't know whether you agree,'' he said.
Kartik will next be seen in Pati Patni Aur Woh along with Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar. He will also share the screen-space with Disha Patani in a college rom-com. The movie will be helmed by Anees Bazmee.
On a related note, there are also rumours that Sara will star opposite Varun Dhawan in Coolie No. 1 remake.
