She's had a trying couple of months after a split from her NRL star husband, Sam Burgess.

But on Saturday, Phoebe Burgess, 29, showed she's taken it all in her stride as she spent the day with her family.

Taking to Instagram, the busy mother-of-two shared of snap of herself trying to get out the door with her two children, daughter Poppy, two, and newborn son, Billy.

Standing by the door dressed and ready to go out, Phoebe looked every inch the busy doting mother in the snap.

'This situation took many hours of preparation to make happen,' she wrote.

She then added: 'Packed bag, two clean-ish children, two clean nappies, dressed mum and other the door,' before adding the hashtag, 'mum life.'

The cute snap come after fresh reconciliation rumours between Phoebe and her husband Sam Burgess, 29, who is father to Poppy and Billy.

Sam moved out just before Christmas, leaving Phoebe at home with Poppy and their newborn son.

The split came just weeks after Phoebe gave birth to Billy.

Despite their split, in recent weeks the couple have been fueling reconciliation rumours with frequent appearances together.

The duo looked anything but estranged during a day out in Sydney earlier this month.

The couple, who announced their separation late last year, looked 'looked loved-up and very much back together' during a visit to the beach at Gordon's Bay, Sydney, a source told Daily Mail Australia.

Phoebe also referred to Sam as her 'husband' when speaking to bystanders, the source added.
