LokSabha 2019: NCP announces second list of candidates

MUMBAI: The Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Friday declared its second list of five candidates for Lok Sabha elections, with Parth Ajit Pawar, Party chief Sharad Pawar’s grandnephew and son of senior leader Ajit Pawar, being fielded from Maval Lok Sabha constituency. 

While candidates for the crucial seats of Ahmednagar and Madha are yet to be announced. In the second list, NCP state president Jayant Patil has also announced other four names. 

The other candidates are Dhanraj Haribhau Mahale who will contest from Dindori constituency, Sameer Bhujbal from Nashik, Amol Kolhe from Shirur and Bajrang Sonawane from Beed. On Thursday, the party announced its first list of 12 candidates and the lone seat in Lakshadweep.
