Company news: A2Z Infra Engineering

A2Z Infra Engineering on Friday informed the exchanges that as per their books and accounts, the outstanding of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company as on March 31, 2018, was ₹177.69 crore (including interest) and the same is settled for a total settlement consideration of ₹41 crore. The company had availed financial assistance as term loan from ICICI Bank, which had assigned all rights, title and interests in the financial assistance granted by it to the company in favour of Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company in 2016. Shares of A2Z Infra jumped 4.94 per cent at ₹18.05 on the NSE.
