Indian tennis queen Sania Mirza is all set to make her comeback on court post giving birth to son Izhaan Mirza Malik last year. Sania, like every mother during her pregnancy didn’t much care about her weight gain and other stuff. In fact, during her ‘best phase’, Sania nailed every look and cloth she don. Coming back from pregnancy weight gain isn’t an easy task but Sania with her routine and diet plan, inspiring other mother’s to get back to their old shape.
Sania in an interview to a leading daily said she used to train for four-five weeks to get back in shape that she was in before pregnancy. She said she lost all weight by herself by doing cardio for 100-minutes, kick-boxing and pilates for an hour. To not forget, Sania has kept her fans informed about her exercise by sharing videos and pictures of her workout session.
The report further suggests that, with intense workout routine post-pregnancy, Sania has managed to shed 22kg weight in four months. Can’t believe na? But it’s true. Sania has planned to return on tennis court this year, is leaving no stone unturned to get back in shape and be fit for the tournament. During pregnancy, Saina gained weight till 89kgs and with her gym routine, she has got her weight till 67kg.

Earlier last year, in an interview, Sania mentioned that she is planning to return to tennis in 2019, however, she didn’t mention the tournament. But now, seeing her fitness and workout videos, we are sure that she’ll return soon.
