BRIEF: Kazakhstan's oil output at 1.88 mbpd in Jan-Feb, missing OPEC target ASTANA: Oil production in Kazakhstan stood at 1.88 million barrels per day (bpd) on average in January to February, the energy ministry said on Wednesday, slightly missing the target under a global deal with OPEC.

It said its commitment under the global deal was to produce 1.86 million bpd.
