Ujjain: Smruti Prasang to mark the second death anniversary of ex-deputy-mayor, senior Congress leader and Vidyarthi Morcha founder Prakash Narayan Chaubey will be organised on Wednesday at 11 am at Manorama Garden. Organising committee president Yogesh Sharma informed that PWD minister and district in-charge Sajjan Singh Verma will be the chief guest of the programme. Dr Shiv Sharma, Manohar Bairagi, Dr Batuk Shankar Joshi, Rajendra Bharti, Pratap Mehta, Abhay Jain Mama and Sultan Shah Lala will be the speakers at the fucntion. Mahesh Soni District Congress Committee (urban), head will preside over the programme.
