The first song from Vidyut Jammwal’s upcoming action film Junglee is out and is a refreshing delight, thanks to the visuals. The song’s titled Faikra Ghar Aaja and is a soft number that hints at a homecoming for the actor, who plays a veterinarian/elephant trainer in the film.

The soothing number has been sung by Jubin Nautiyal with music by Sameer Uddin and lyrics by Anvita Dutt. The song shows Vidyut’s character revisiting his childhood memories as he takes part in a family function. The actor can also be seen playing around with the elephants in some shots.

Junglee is an adventure film revolving around Vidyut’s character, a vet who upon returning to his father’s elephant reserve must deal with an international poaching racket. He also reunites with his childhood friend – an elephant named Bhola.

Junglee has been directed by Hollywood filmmaker Chuck Russell, known for directing the Jim Carrey-starrer, The Mask, and Scorpion King. The trailer of the film was received well by moviegoers and is reminiscent of characters such as Mowgli and Tarzan, and the Rajesh Khanna film Haathi Mere Saathi.

Speaking about his training for the film, Vidyut had once said in a statement, “Kalaripayattu is a discipline that has encouraged people to pick up on strength, sensibility and personality traits of various fantastic animals. It was amazing for me to extend my knowledge of Kalaripayattu by practicing animal flow.”

Junglee also stars Makarand Deshpande, Atul Kulkarni, Pooja Sawant and Asha Bhat. It is slated to hit theatres on April 5.
