Mayawati further questioned the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh for "distributing" lucrative posts in the municipal corporations just before the announcement of Lok Sabha elections, which will be held in seven phases beginning April 11. The last phase of polling is scheduled for May 19, while the counting of votes will take place on May 23.
