Of the 15 infants still undergoing treatment at Niloufer Hospital for wrong medication, 11 were discharged on Monday.

On March 6, 34 infants were admitted to the hospital after they were given painkiller Tramadol instead of Paracetemol. Parents of the infants accused the staff at Urban Primary Health Centre, Nampally, of administering wrong medicines.

Of the 34 infants, 19 had already been discharged on Saturday. The condition of three more babies is stable while an infant with respiratory problems is kept under observation.
