City-based leading two wheeler manufacturer TVS Motor Company Ltd. has made an additional investment of ₹30 crore in the equity capital of its subsidiary firm, TVS Credit Services Ltd. Consequent to the above investment, the company’s direct holding in the non-banking finance company increased to 10.29%, it said in a regulatory filing. TVS Credit Services has been financing purchase of two- and three-wheelers, used cars, tractors and used commercial vehicles.
