A person was flown to hospital after a medical "incident" in Prestatyn .
The Wales Air Ambulance landed at Prestatyn Market at around 12.15pm after reports of an incident at a health centre.
Medics were called to the Healthy Prestatyn Iach Ty Nant centre on Nant Hall Road.
A Welsh Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We received a call at 12pm to an incident at Healthy Prestatyn, Nant Hall Road.
"We responded with an urgent care services vehicle and an air ambulance.
"One patient was conveyed to Glan Clwyd Hospital, Bodelwyddan by air."
The nature of the medical incident is not currently known.
No details have been released about their condition.
