Actors Sayyeshaa Saigal and Arya tied the knot in Hyderabad on Saturday. They hosted a grand wedding dinner which was attended by several South actors such as Karthi and Suriya.
bollywood Updated: Mar 11, 2019 13:26 ISTShivaay actor Sayyeshaa Saigal, grandniece of veteran actor Saira Banu and daughter of actor Shaheen, tied the knot with Tamil actor Arya at Hyderabad’s Falaknuma Palace on Sunday. The two got married in the presence of family and close friends.
Sayyeshaa looked beautiful in a traditional red and golden lehenga with bridal jewellery for her wedding whereas Arya complemented her in a black and golden sherwani-salwar.
A few pictures from the wedding show the newlyweds posing for the cameras with several South actors. Suriya Sivakumar, Karthi and filmmaker Rajsekar Pandian attended the wedding and later posed together for pictures.

The two had tied the knot during the day after which a video of the newlyweds standing in the balcony of the Taj Falaknuma hotel with their relatives went viral on the web. While Sayyeshaa can be seen in a red and white sari with red chooda, Arya is in Indian formals in the video. The ceremony was later followed by a grand reception.
The two had earlier hosted a sangeet ceremony, which was also attended by Saira Banu. Not just the couple, Saira also shook a leg at the event. The couple had also hosted a pre-wedding reception and were twinning in white Indian ensembles at the do.

Arya is 17 years older than Sayyesha. He has worked in several South films such as Madrasapattinam, Raja Rani, Boss Engira Baskaran and Avan Ivan. Sayyeshaa has also worked in a few South films including Junga, Vanamagan and Kadaikutty Singam besides featuring in Ajay Devgn’s Bollywood film Shivaay.
