Even British traditions die eventually. After 110 years of family ownership, Morgan Motor Co. has new owners. At the Geneva auto show last week, Morgan officials announced they sold a majority share to Investindustrial, an Italian investment firm that has stakes in Aston Martin and motorcycle maker Ducati. Morgan sells about 700 hand-built cars a year and was one of the last British-owned automakers. The sale price was not disclosed.
