NORTON - Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M. Quinn III’s office and his Bristol County Underage Substance Use Task Force invite the media to attend the Fourth Annual Teen Safety Summit, scheduled for Tuesday, March 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Wheaton College in Norton.

The free conference will highlight and bring education/awareness to many topics that are important to teens in 2019, including mental health and wellness, substance use, vaping, cyber safety, discrimination, healthy dating relationships and more.

The summit, which will be held in the college’s Chase Dining Hall, is geared towards middle/high school students, college students, law enforcement, court personnel, youth-based organizations, healthcare providers, social services providers, school personnel, lawyers and parents will offer tech-free connectivity, interactive workshop sessions, resources and prizes.

Breakout workshop sessions will include the following for students and adults in attendance:

Regional experts in each area will lead the workshop discussions and the media is invited to sit in on any workshop.
