ED files supplementary chargesheet in Nirav Modi case

A money laundering case was registered under the provisions of PMLA on the basis of FIR registered by CBI under sections 120-B r/w 420 of IPC, 1860 read with Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988.

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has filed supplementary chargesheet in the Nirav Modi case.

The chargesheet has been filed in Mumbai.

A money laundering case was registered under the provisions of PMLA on the basis of FIR registered by CBI under sections 120-B r/w 420 of IPC, 1860 read with Section 13(2) read with 13(1)(d) of PC Act, 1988.

Nirav Modi is currently living in a three-bedroom flat occupying half of a floor of the landmark Centre Point tower block, where rent is estimated to cost 17,000 pounds a month, The Telegraph reported.
