In the latest round of a poll conducted between February 5 and 21, 52% of the respondents said that PM Modi has a better roadmap for the country as against the 27% who voted for Congress president Rahul Gandhi. Only 7.3% voted for other regional leaders. In an earlier round conducted in January, 44.4% had voted for Modi, 30% for Rahul and 13.8% for regional leaders. Overall, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ratings went up by over 7% after the Pulwama attack.
