Inquiry in missing Rafale papers should be initiated from CM Parrikar: Rahul Gandh

While addressing a public rally in Goa, Congress president Rahul Gandhi on the issue of Rafale deal said, “Not only the Rafale files are missing, but also the Goa state government. If probe has to be initiated, it should be from Goa CM Manohar Parrikar’s house. Former defence minister Manohar Parrikar said that he has the Rafale files, and if he is removed from his Chief Minister’s post, he will disclose them.”
